Bio
Andrew is a down to earth, thoughtful, friendly and heavy handed karateka. He embodies the calmness and strength of a martial artist.
As an assistant instructor, he understands his students needs and adapts his instruction accordingly.
He is very approachable, helpful and polite when teaching beginners, He is patient with children, keeps their attention and encourages them to be a better version of them selves weekly.
His warm ups are physically challenging and teaching pace is great. Despite his relaxed manner and smile, he has both speed and power to support his great technique, making him a formidable sparring partner. He likes experimenting with various angles of pragmatic applications of basic techniques in partner work. We are lucky to have him in our club.
