ABOUT US

Founded in 2010 by Olgun Tiltay, Shuhari Self Defence began with a simple mission: to help people become the strongest version of themselves, both mentally and physically.

What started as a small group of martial artists training once a week in a squash court has grown into one of the most trusted martial arts communities across Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor, Bracknell, and the surrounding areas. Today, we run over 19 classes a week in 6 locations, led by a passionate team of 23 experienced instructors, welcoming hundreds of students every week.

We're dedicated to practical martial arts training rooted in traditional values, focusing on self-defence, mental resilience, and personal growth. Whether you're learning to protect yourself, improve your fitness, or gain confidence, our classes give you the skills and mindset to thrive in life.
